DATE : 13.01.2026 By this application, the applicant is seeking to amend the cause title and to implead the present Education Officer as a party respondent in the matter. However, it is pertinent to note that the present petitioner seems to have not issued any notice to the respondent No.3 to get her chance to comply the order of this Court nor specific averments are made as to how the proposed respondent has disobeyed the order of this Court.

In view of this, the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application, and after taken appropriate steps filed afresh. Hence, liberty is granted to withdraw the present application and to file afresh if facts and circumstances so warrant.
