This is an application under Order XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 16.02.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in Case No. 345/AMT/AKL/2019 of Mouza Akolkhed, Tq. Akot and Dist. Akola. The learned counsel for the appellant / applicant, on instructions, states that she is ready to deposit the amount as directed by the authority including the enhanced amount and interest accrued within eight weeks from today.

On the basis of the statement the application is allowed. The effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 16.02.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in Case No. 345/AMT/AKL/2019 is stayed on a condition that the amount as directed by the authority including the enhanced amount and interest accrued be deposited by the appellant/applicant within eight weeks from today. 3.
