The present application has been filed by the petitioner for condonation of delay of 5 days caused in filing the restoration application.

The public interest litigation was dismissed in-default for non removal of office objections vide order dated 3rd November, 2025.

For the reasons stated in the application, sufficient cause has been made out by the petitioner for condonation of delay. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay of 5 days caused in filing the restoration application is hereby condoned.

Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION St. NO.29254 OF 2025 6.
