For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a), subject to payment of costs of Rs. 1,000/- to be deposited in Public Welfare Account, which is order to be opened vide order dated 12/01/2026 passed in SMPIL No. 01/2021, within a period of one week.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
