It is stated in the application that the notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved. It is further stated in the application that appellants are providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondents and to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
