This application is filed by the applicant for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased appellant No. 1Arvind Ramchandra Belkhede on record. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid appellant died on 12/12/2024 leaving behind his heirs.

Death Certificate is annexed with pursis. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the petitioner expired on 12/12/2024 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 14/01/2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicant to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased appellant No. 1 on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

No. 32/2024 This civil application is filed for supplying correct address of R.No. 4.

As the R.No. 4 could not be served on previous address. Hence, the appellant wants to provide correct address of R.No. 4.

The civil application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, Office to issue notice to R.No. 4, returnable by four weeks.

No. 32/2024 This civil application is filed for supplying correct address of R.No. 5.

As the R.No. 5 could not be served on previous address. Hence, the appellant wants to provide correct address of R.No. 5.

The civil application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, Office to issue notice to R.No. 5, returnable by four weeks.
