It is stated that the notice issued to the respondent sole received back unserved for want of correct address. According to the applicant, the respondent is still residing on the given address and thus prays for issuance of fresh notice to the aforesaid respondent by grant of Hamdast.

Since the application is formal in nature, the applicant is allowed to serve the respondent sole by hamdast, through Court, returnable within four weeks.
