The appellants have moved the present application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent-Cross-objector in the crossobjection. Along with this prayer, a grievance is also raised that the amount deposited by the respondent- Crossobjector is short of amount actually awarded in terms of the impugned land acquisition award.

Learned Registrar (Judicial) is requested to compute the correct amount of compensation along with accrued interest in terms of the impugned award. 3.

The appellants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the total amount as awarded in the impugned award along with accrued interest, subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

Learned Registrar (Judicial) is requested to complete the exercise within a period of three weeks. 5.

The parties may contact Registrar (Judicial), if they intent to assist him in making calculation. 6.
