FEBRUARY 27, 2026 1) The registration of the Second Appeal (Stamp) No.17661/2024 came to be refused in view of the order dated 11/09/2025, passed by the learned Registrar (J). The appellants have filed revision challenging the said order. There is a delay of 40 days in filing the revision.

2) For the reasons mentioned in the application and also having regard to the fact that the applicant is not personally responsible for refusal of registration of Second Appeal, the application for condonation of delay is allowed. For the same reasons, the M.C.A.(Stamp) No.27345/2025 is also allowed, subject to condition that all office objections should be removed positively before 13/03/2026.
