DATE : 11.02.2026 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of the first appeal of which registration was refused for failure to remove office objections.

By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 744 days in filing the application. He submits that the delay occurred because the appellant was not aware about the conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial).

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal was being handled by another lawyer, who was not diligent at the relevant time. He, therefore, submits that the delay is unintentional.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and submissions advanced, the delay of 744 days in filing the restoration application is condoned subject to cost of Rs.7,000/- to be paid to the 'Public Welfare Account' bearing No.129712010001014, IFSC Code UBIN0812978, Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur.

Civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
Misc. Civil Application (ST) No.4804/2025 This is an application for restoration of the first appeal of which registration was refused for failure to remove the office objections by order dated 24.01.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial).

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/appellant desires to contest the appeal on merits and he is ready to remove the office objections. 3.
Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed.

The applicant/appellant is directed to remove the office objections within one week from today. 5.
After the office objections are removed, the appeal be registered accordingly.
