This is an application for condonation of delay of 223 days in filing application for restoration. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that even though time of three weeks was granted, it was only due to the oversight of the counsel that it could not be done. He further submits that the petitioner has changed his counsel and some time was consumed in obtaining the case papers from earlier counsel and therefore delay is caused.

We are satisfied with the said explanation, therefore, delay of 223 days caused in filing the application for restoration is condoned.

The application is disposed of.

This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition ST. No.7217/2019.

For the reasons stated in para 4 and 5 of the application, the application is allowed.

The Writ Petition is restored to its original file, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- to be deposited in the 'Public Welfare Account'

bearing Account No.129712010001014 (IFSC Code : UBIN0812978) in the Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur within two working weeks from today.

The application is disposed of.

WRIT PETITION No.7217 OF 2019 1.

Issue fresh notice to the respondents, returnable on 11th June, 2026.

Mrs. H.S. Dhande, learned A.G.P. waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Notice to be served to the remaining respondents by all modes permissible in law in addition to regular mode of service.
