NO. 115/2026 in Civil Application (CAS) No. 1024/2025 in Second Appeal No. 312/2021 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 12/02/2026 The application is taken out by appellant for grant of permission to delete the name of proposed legal representative of R-sole i.e. 1a) Kamal W/o Shankarsingh Thakur from earlier filed application for bringing Legal Heirs i.e. CAS/1024/2025 as she is expired on 26/09/2025. It is stated in the application that CAS/1024/2025 for bringing LR's of R-sole is pending. Hence, appellant is requested to delete the name of aforesaid proposed LR from the array of respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature and on Solemn Affirmation, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to delete the name of aforesaid proposed LR's of R-sole from the record at his own risk. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title.

As per office note and as per earlier orders dated 16/10/2025 and 27/10/2025 appellant has not filed death certificate of R-sole yet. Hence, three weeks time is granted to file the same.
