C.A.O. No. 120/2026 in Misc. Civil Application No.65/2022 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 02.04.2026 The application is taken out by the applicant for permission to correct the address of Respondent No.1 and to serve by paper publication.

In the light of application gone through the bailiff report which is returned unserved with an endorsement of 'insufficient address'. On this backdrop, the applicant want to correct the address and to serve by paper publication.

Since, the application to the extent of correction of address is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

However, on correction of address, it needs to serve notice on the given address, therefore, prayer for serve the notice through paper publication cannot be considered at this juncture.

Thus, necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent No.1 on the correct address, returnable within four weeks.
