It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent No.1 was unsuccessful. It is further stated in the application that appellants are providing correct address of Respondent No.1. Thus, the appellants want to correct the address of Respondent No.1 and wants to issue fresh notice on the said address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent No.1, returnable within four weeks.
