This is an Application for permission to withdraw the enhanced amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant/Insurance Company with this Court.

Since the Cross Objection is allowed, the amount deposited by the Appellant be disbursed to the Respondents/Original Claimants. However, the Respondent No.5 - Smt. Laxmibai Narayan Raut has now expired. The Respondent No.1 is her daughter-in-law (widow of deceased son) and the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are her grand-children (children of deceased).

Therefore, the amount payable to the Respondent
