Heard Shri Shravan Taram, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.

The present civil application is for condonation of delay of 134 days in filing an application for restoration of Contempt Petition Stamp No.9638 of 2025, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

The perusal of the record reveals that the contempt petition was filed in August, 2024 and had remained pending for almost one year before its dismissal in July, 2025 for non-removal of office objections. In the entire one year, the petitioner has not removed the office objections. 4.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The delay of 134 days caused in filing the application for restoration is condoned. The Misc. Civil Application for restoration of the contempt petition is allowed for the reasons stated in

2 CAO-152-2026.odt the said application, however subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remove the office objections within a period of one week from today and deposit the costs of Rs.1,000/- in the 'Public Welfare Account' bearing No.129712010001014, IFSC Code UBIN0812978 with Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur. 5.

Both the applications stand disposed of.
