NO. 14917/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 13/02/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 read with Section 151 of C.P.C., 1908 for allowing service by way of affixing a copy of notice in some conspicuous place of the house of the R.Nos. 1A to 1C. As per bailiff's report, notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved with remark that 'the door of their house was locked'. As per application, the last known address was the same address mentioned before the Trial Court.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in application and the bailiff's report, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by affixing copy of notice on some conspicuous part of the house where the aforesaid respondents lastly known to have resided.
