This is an application seeking clarification of order dated 4/2/2025 passed in Civil Application No. 347/2025. None appears for the Appellant.

Although the order is passed in Civil Application No. 347/2025, which is filed in First Appeal No. 1638/2019, in title of the order dated 4/2/2025 'Contempt Petition No. 33/2025' is mentioned. Reference to 'Contempt Petition No. 33/2025' be deleted from the title of order dated 4/2/2025. 3.

In paragraph No.2 of the aforesaid order 'Yuvraj Balmukund Gupta' is referred as 'Respondent No.4'. Infact he is the 'Respondent No.5'. Likewise, 'Ku. Megha Yuvraj Gupta' is referred as 'Respondent No.2'. In fact she is the 'Respondent No.6'.

Necessary corrections be carried out in title and in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 4/2/2025 and corrected order be uploaded immediately.

The learned Counsel for Respondents has made a request that personal presence of the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 be dispensed with, since Respondent No.5 is bedridden and Respondent No.6 is staying with him to look after him. 6.

Personal presence of Respondent Nos.5 and 6 is dispensed with for completing formalities regarding withdrawal of amount in terms of order dated 4/2/2025.

It is, however, clarified that the amount payable to the deceased Respondent Nos.4 and Respondent No.5 be paid to the Respondent No.5 along with accrued interest and the amount payable to Respondent No.6 be paid to the Respondent No.6 along with accrued interest. As regards the amount payable to Respondent Nos.1 to 3, since the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are children of Respondent No.1, the amount payable to Respondent Nos.1 to 3 be transferred in the account of Respondent No.1 along with accrued interest.
