The present Application is filed for condonation of delay of 232 days in filing the Family Court Appeal.

(2) The only reason put-forth by the Appellant for the delay is that the Appellant was pursuing Writ Petition No. 5115/2024. When objection to the maintainability of the said Writ Petition was raised, the Appellant sought permission to withdraw the said Writ Petition with liberty to file Appeal within a period of two weeks. This Court, by the order dated 04/03/2025, disposed of the said Writ Petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
