Learned Advocate for the Appellant/Claimants submits that, First Appeal No.424/2014 came to be dismissed for default. He submits that, he has applied for its restoration. He further submits that, the copies of the depositions are not the part and parcel of the paper-book, which was filed on record. He seeks some time to make the paper-book complete in all respect.

These are the Applications for condonation of delay in filing the Application for restoration of Appeal and the Application for restoration of Appeal.

Issue notice to the Non-applicants, returnable after two weeks.
