As per application, notice does not reside on the given address. It is further stated that despite several efforts, applicant could not get the address of the aforesaid respondent. Thus, the applicants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned substituted service be effected upon aforesaid proposed respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Tarun Bharat'
