Pursuant to the direction given by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2025, the Registrar (Judicial) has calculated the amount to be deposited by the crossobjector totaling to Rs.2,30,08,519/- up to the date of 10.12.2024. The cross-objector is directed to deposit the balance amount calculating the interest upto the date of depositing.

Needless to mention that in view of the order dated 10.02.2025, the applicant/appellant is permitted to withdraw the 50% of the total decreetal amount. RR Jaiswal
