The present Application is filed for condonation of delay of 49 days in filing the Application for restoration of the Writ Petition. It is stated in the Application that due to inadvertent mistake of the Clerk of the Counsel, the matter remained to be marked and thus, the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated time. The registration of the Writ Petition was refused by the conditional order dated 16/12/2024 passed by the Learned Registrar (Judicial), due to non-removal of the office objections. It is further stated in the Application that due to the mistake of Clerk of the Counsel, the Applicant should not suffer.

The order dated 16/12/2024 passed by the Learned Registrar (Judicial) is hereby quashed and set aside and Registry is directed to register the Writ Petition on its original stamp number. (6) After registration of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. (7) The Application stands disposed of.
