The present applications are filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time to conclude the arbitration proceedings. It is submitted that claiming their complaints, the matter is at evidence stage and it will require more time to conclude the same. The applicants prayed for extension of six months time for conducting the remaining arbitral proceedings and to conclude the same. For the reasons stated in the application, the applications are allowed.
