NO. 6504/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 22/04/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 5 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, aforesaid respondent could not be served on the address given by appellants and inspite of efforts correct address could not be obtained. Thus, the applicants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Navrashtra Hindi' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
