NO. 19263/2017 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 22/04/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 1 and 3 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the matter was notified for civil application for correct address of respondents. Further, it is stated that the address of the aforesaid respondents is taken from trial Court's record and the same is last known address. Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Aaj ki Jandhara' Raipur, C.G. Edition for R.No. 1 and 'Rashtriya Sahara' Allahabad, U.P. Edition for R.No. 3 in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
