Since the appeal filed by the Insurance Company has been dismissed and the appeal for enhancement filed by the claimants came to be allowed therefore, the condition for furnishing solvent surety for withdrawal of 25% of the deposited amount is hereby relaxed.

Needless to mention that respondent nos. 1 and 2/claimants shall be entitled to the accrued interest on the amount deposited by the appellant.
