This is an application for condonation of delay of 37 days in filing the Review Application. It appears that there was some order at the motion of speaking to minute hence, the delay is caused. 3.
The learned counsel for the non-applicant has relied upon the decision in the case of State of M. P. Vs. Ramkumar Choudhary [2024 INSC 932] and submitted that delay should not be excused as a matter of generosity and rendering substantial justice is not to cause prejudice to the opposite party. But, specific reasons has been cited by the applicant for the delay hence, the judgment relied by the learned counsel for the RR Jaiswal

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the application for Review is hereby condoned. The Review Application be registered.
