JUNE 25, 2025 1) The applicants/cross objectors have moved this application for permitting them to withdraw the amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, for which learned counsel appearing for the respondent MSRTC and respondent Insurance Company have given their no objection, however, they objected to grant permission to the applicants to file execution petition. 2) Having considered the submissions, the reasons disclosed in the application and the facts that the appeal filed by the appellant was dismissed and the cross-objection was partly allowed, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest as per the Award and Judgment passed by this Court.
3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount lying in this Court to the bank accounts of the respective applicants

4) The applicants can avail the remedy as claimed in the prayer clause (ii), in accordance with the law, if it is permissible. 5) Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
