As stated in the application, notice could not be served upon aforesaid respondent for want of correct address. It is further stated that appellant has tried to ascertain the present correct address of respondent No. 3, but could not get the same. Thus, the appellant wants to serve R.No. 3 by way of paper publication.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar', in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
