As stated in the application, the said respondent is trying to avoid service of notice issued by the Hon'ble Court. It is further stated that appellant is not aware of any other alternative address of the R.No. 4. Thus, the appellant wants to serve R.No. 4 by way of paper publication.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat Samachar', Yavatmal Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
