NO. 22881/2011) CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 10/06/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 1 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, R.No. 1 could not be served for want of correct address. The appellants and R.No. 1 are not related to each other and are unware about any other address of R.No. 1.

Even after making due search and inquiry, the appellants could not ascertain any other address of the R.No. 1. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Sakshi', Ansagaram, Andra Pradesh Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
