As stated in the application, R.No. 6 could not be served for want of correct address.
The appellant/company has appointed an investigator to get the correct address, but till date the whereabouts of the R.No. 6 could not be traced. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Desonnati', Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
