As per bailiff's report, respondent could not be served for want of correct address. As stated in the application the address of respondent has subsequently changed.

Hence, the applicant prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable by four weeks.
