As per application, notice was issued to R.No. 7 through its Manager Shri. Krushnakumar s/o Vitthalrao Jamdar. But, he was no longer the manager of R.No. 7. Hence, the appellant prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
