It is stated in the application that office has raised objection that both the petitioners are arrayed as parties in the application, though only one petitioner is seeking review of the judgment passed in the writ petition. It is further stated that since only the petitioner No. 1 has filed the review application, there is no need to mention name of other petitioner in the title clause and hence, the applicant is seeking permission to correct the cause title of the review application.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
