It is stated in the application that due to oversight, an extra party name was added in the cause title of both the restoration application and the condonation of delay application, who is not a party to the public interest litigation. Hence, petitioners pray for deletion of name of Petitioner No. 4.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. The petitioners can delete the name of Petitioner No. 4 at their own risk.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the matter.
