Registration of Second Appeal St. No.725 of 2024 came to be refused in view of order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial), since office objections were not removed by the appellant within the period stipulated in the said order.

There is a delay of one day in filing revision for challenging the said order. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned. For the reasons mentioned in the Misc. Civil Application St. No.11200 of 2025, the same is allowed. Order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) in Second Appeal St. No.725 of 2024 is set aside.

Office is directed to register the appeal, subject to condition that all office objections shall be removed positively on or before 20.01.2026.
