It is stated in the application that LRs of deceased R.No. 4 has been already on record, but it has not been typed in the array of respondents inadvertently.

Hence, the applicant sought permission to amend the cause title of condonation of delay and review application by adding the legal heirs of deceased R.No.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

C.A.O. St. No. 15234/2025 and 15235/2025 Counsel for the applicant has not pressed the above civil application. Since the application No. 15234/2025 and 15235/2025 is on stamp, the same stands disposed of as not pressed.
