It is stated in the application that office has raised objection that all the petitioners as well as respondents are arrayed as parties in the application, though only one applicant who was Petitioner No. 8 in original petition. Due to that, there is no need to mention the name of other petitioners. Hence, the applicant is seeking permission to correct the cause title of the in original petition.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
