By the present application, the applicants/original petitioners seek to condone delay of 54 days in filing an application seeking review of the order passed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that the applicants could not approach the counsel in time, they being an agriculturist and required to attend the sowing work.

That being so, though the learned A.G.P. has opposed the application on the count that delay is not justified, considering the fact that the applicants/petitioners were compelled to indulge into agricultural activities and since the delay is trivial, same is condoned. The application is disposed of accordingly. Misc. civil application be registered.

The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that since in an identical matter being Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.11474/2025 the applicant failed to get relief, he may not be entitled for any relief in the present case. 5.
That being so, the application is liable to be rejected and stands rejected.
