NO. 24317/2023 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 31/07/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 9, 11 to 13 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents are delibertely avoiding the service of notice. Further, it is submitted that the appellant has made rigorous search to find out address of aforesaid respondents, but could not get the same. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice. Service is allowed through e-mail also.
