This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing restoration application of the writ petition. 2.

By order dated 28th April, 2025 the registration of the petition was refused for non-removal of office objections. 3.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is interested to prosecute the petition by removing the office objections. However, there is delay of 15 days in filing the application for restoration. He submits that the delay is unintentional and needs to be condoned.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the delay of 15 days delay is condoned.
