NO. 10806/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2032/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 04/08/2025 By this application, the counsel for petitioner prays for permission to remove document bearing Page Number 27 to 37 attached with Annexure: P-2 and Page Number 54 to 66 from Annexure: P-2. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid pages have no relevance with the controversy involved in the writ petition. Hence, the petitioner prays for removing these documents.

In view of the above, the application is allowed on a condition that the concerned Advocate shall undertake to supply typed pages if directed by the Hon'ble Court during the hearing.
