By this application, the applicants are seeking to condone the delay of 2797 days in filing the application for restoration of First Appeal No.935/2014.

By this application, the applicants are seeking the restoration of First Appeal No.935/2014.

This court by order dated 6.2.2015 passed the conditional order that appellants should file the private paper book within six months and failing to which the appeal shall stand dismissed.

The appellants failed to file the private paper book within given time and, therefore, the Registry has dismissed the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, which are not controverted by filing any reply in the matter, the application is allowed.

The order dated 6.2.2015 is hereby recalled. First Appeal No.935/2014 is restored.

The appellants are directed to file the paper book within a period of four weeks.
