This is an application under Section 14 read with Sections 12 and 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking substitution of Arbitrator.

The learned Counsel for Respondent, on instructions, states that in place of the Arbitrator nominated earlier by the Respondent, the Respondent appoints learned Advocate Mr. Gunwant Kubade, a former District and Sessions Judge as Arbitrator on its behalf.

In view of the aforesaid, the purpose of filing of the present Application is served.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. 6.

Learned Advocate Mr. Gunwant Kubade shall be the Arbitrator nominated by the Respondent on the Arbitral
