As per application, the notice could not be served for want of correct address. The applicant in the said application has provided correct address of respondent.

Thus, the applicant wants to amend the address of respondent and also requested to serve above respondent by regular and private mode.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.

Service by regular and private mode is granted.
