As per application, respondent could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated that the applicant has tried to serve respondent by R.P.A.D. which returned unserved for the reason that addressee is not residing at the given address. It is further stated that the applicant came to know that the respondent is residing somewhere in Mumbai and hence, prays for paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat & Deshonnati (Marathi)' Mumbai & Akola Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
