By this Application, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 seeks permission to release EVM and VVPAT machines from the Strong Room.

The Petitioner submits that he has not received the copy of present Application. The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to supply the copy of Application to the Petitioner. 3.

It is seen from the record that Respondent Nos.1 and 5, till date, not filed written statement in the matter. The period of 90 days is already expired from the date of issuance of notices and their appearances in the present Election Petition. Hence, the
