This Application is filed by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 for releasing the EVMs and VVPAT Machines from the Strong Room.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 17/9/2025, the names of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are deleted from the array of Respondents in the present Petition. Hence, the present Application does not survive. The same stands disposed of accordingly.

On perusal of this Application, it appears that the Petitioner has prepared the draft issues in paragraph No.3 of the present Application, however, he want to redraft the same in the matter. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Application with liberty to file afresh. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
